How We Work Aurora Hikma supports a mostly remote work model with customization options for employees, based on client needs. Our Algerian team enjoys a fully remote work environment with minimal need to visit our Algiers offices. In contrast, the UAE team operates on a hybrid model with occasional in-person meetings. This setup not only allows you to work from the comfort of your chosen workplace but also offers flexible working hours.
